Cummins Marine 6LTAA8.9-GM200

The Cummins 6LTAA8.9-GM200 marine auxiliary engine is a 6-cylinder, 8.9-liter four-stroke engine with a 114mm bore and 145mm stroke. It is equipped with a BYC P7100 fuel pump and GAC electronic governor, alongside a turbocharger and Air-Air Intercooler. The engine’s prime power for a generator set operating at 1500 RPM is 200kW.

6LTAA8.9-GM20 offers heat exchangers and radiator cooling systems for its marine auxiliary engines, primarily used in marine main and emergency generators. For emergency generator set applications, We provide additional options such as a dual starter motor system, including both electric and spring starter motors, meeting international classification requirements.

All DCEC marine auxiliary engines come with a dry-type exhaust system, including a dry-type exhaust manifold and turbocharger. We offer upgrading services for a water-cooled exhaust system, which is often requested for passenger boat projects.
